WE ARE AGAIN LOOKING FOR A LAMB PRINCE OR PRINCESS FOR SUMMER 2024 WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT

In June, our current Lamb Princess Melina will be elevated to the office of Lamb Queen after her “apprenticeship” and is looking for a successor!

What you should bring with you:

Do you want to stand up for the region and the woolly dyke dwellers? You have no problem giving speeches in public and chatting people up? Are you enthusiastic about the topic of “Sheep in North Friesland” and passionate about the region? Are you interested in social media work and want to expand your network?

Prerequisites:

Are you at least 18 years old? Mobile? Flexible in terms of time and at best already familiar with sheep and/or our region?

You can expect:

  • a two-year honorary post (one year as Prince:essin, one year as King:in) to be an official ambassador for the district of North Friesland and the North Frisian cultural asset of sheep
  • you attend around 20 different (supra-)regional events per year, such as the International Green Week in Berlin, city festivals, farm festivals, country markets and various event formats relating to agriculture, sheep, sustainability and culture
  • You will receive a scarf, branded leisure wear and an iPad for your term of office
  • you take part in campaigns with our cooperation partners and thus have multifaceted experiences
