Due to the high demand in recent years, the Women Barcamp continues to grow. This year, we’re meeting for the first time at the Husum Trade Fair, creating even more space for exchange, new ideas, and a strong sense of community.

Who is the Women’s Barcamp for?

Whether you’re a specialist or a manager, a solo entrepreneur, or just curious: The Women Barcamp Westküste is designed for women who want to network and exchange ideas. The focus is on topics related to professional life, careers, and the workplace—but above all, on the opportunity to learn from one another and empower each other.

Why We Love Barcamps

No rigid agenda—just dynamic sessions on an equal footing and genuine connections. At the start of the day, you’ll have the opportunity to briefly present your own topic, question, or concern—whether as a workshop, presentation, discussion, hands-on activity, or open Q&A session. This is how the day’s session schedule takes shape in real time.

Each participant decides for herself: whether to lead a session, actively participate in the discussion, or simply enjoy the insights. The topics can cover anything that matters—from innovation and entrepreneurship to sustainability and finance, as well as careers, leadership, and work-life balance.

What’s important to us is this: The sessions are meant to share knowledge, experiences, and ideas. Pure sales pitches should not take center stage. Those who share their expertise naturally gain visibility, and that is precisely what lies at the heart of this format.

The Women Barcamp Westküste 2026 is currently fully booked. You can still register, and doing so will automatically place you on the waiting list. Experience has shown that changes may occur leading up to the event, which could free up spots. In that case, participants on the waiting list will be moved up and notified accordingly.
