The expansion of the northern industrial estate is located:
The municipality of Leck is located in North Friesland, in Germany’s largest energy transition region, on the “bridge” to Scandinavia, just 15 km from the Danish border, 80 km from Heide and 180 km from Hamburg. It has around 7,900 inhabitants and approx. 300 retail, commercial and service businesses. Leck is well connected to the cities of Niebüll (15 min), Husum (40 min) and Flensburg (45 min) and on the Danish side to Tøndern (25 min), Sonderburg (60 min) and Esbjerg (90 min). Leck has numerous shopping facilities and many leisure activities in a top vacation area (including hiking, cycling, excursions to the sea and to the islands/Halligen).
The entire planning area is 12.1 hectares in size, of which around 8.4 hectares are available for commercial space, less green areas, traffic areas and waste disposal areas.
The commercial area is aimed in particular at the establishment of craft, production and service businesses in order to increase the number of jobs in the municipality and to provide sufficient space, especially for the relocation of businesses that are disruptive to urban development.
As the area is intended to serve small to medium-sized commercial enterprises in particular, a relatively small-scale parceling is planned. The plot sizes are between approx. 1,800 and 3,200 m² (generally approx. 2,300 m²); one exception is the expansion area for a demolition company with a size of approx. 1.8 ha.

The plots are offered fully developed – incl. Fiber optics. There are immediate building rights.
Can be built on immediately with planning permission. The development is in accordance with B-Plan 43 of the municipality of Leck (see annex).
The GRZ is 0.5. Nevertheless, the plot is well utilized overall, as a total GRZ of 0.75 is possible, which is only just below the cap limit of 0.8 (Section 19 (4) BauNVO), taking into account the permissible GRZ overrun of 50% due to parking spaces, ancillary facilities, etc. For further details, e.g. building heights, see the B-Plan.
Retail, operational housing and entertainment venues are excluded.
